A Halloween mocktail of Ceres Passion Fruit Juice and cranberry juice poured over blueberry eyeball ice cubes, with sparkling water for a fizzy finish.

- 1 cup Ceres Passion Fruit 100% Juice Blend
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup sparkling water (optional, for a fizzy finish)
- Fresh blueberries, for the eyeball ice cubes
- Water, for the eyeball ice cubes

- Round ice cube molds
Instructions
- Make the eyeball ice cubes: place one blueberry in the center of each round ice cube mold and fill with water, making sure each blueberry is fully submerged. Freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until solid.
- In a pitcher, stir the Ceres Passion Fruit Juice and cranberry juice together. For a fizzy mocktail, add the sparkling water just before serving.
- Carefully remove the blueberry eyeball ice cubes from the molds and add them to each serving glass.
- Pour the passion fruit and cranberry mixture over the ice cubes and serve immediately.
