The Ceres Fruit Juices story of the valley spans more than 85 years. Ceres is one of the largest fruit packing operations in the world and South Africa’s leading fruit juice packer.

Tetra Pak’s unique packaging technology allows Ceres Juices to be packed using aseptic processing that flash pasteurizes all Ceres juices into a carton package, which is sealed in a sterile atmosphere to allow shelf stability.

Ceres juices are heated for a short time and then cooled immediately, which is why they taste so amazing when compared to other fruit juices in glass, which are heated for many minutes and take a long time to cool. That is why those juices lose their color and taste.

Our hand selected fruits are picked at the perfect time of season. In order to store juices after they are harvested, the water is extracted from the fruit to make concentrate, which is stored in perfect conditions.

All fruit has its natural sugars from the fruit itself and no sugar is added to Ceres Fruit Juices.
