Who we are

What we collect

What you send us. When you use the contact form or the Expo West form we receive what you type in: your name, email address, and if you add them, your phone number, company name, the products you ask about and your message.

What your browser sends. Like most websites, our server and the services listed below receive technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the site that referred you.

We do not sell products directly on this site and we do not collect payment details. Purchases happen on Amazon through Buy with Prime, under Amazon’s own privacy notice.

How we use it

We use form details to answer you and, for trade enquiries, to follow up on the products you asked about. We use technical and analytics data to understand how the site is used, to keep it secure, and to measure and improve our advertising. We do not send you marketing email unless you ask us to.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Until you choose Accept all, we set none: Google tags run in a cookieless mode under Google Consent Mode, and the Meta Pixel and AdBeacon are not loaded at all. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Essential only. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie Settings (also in the footer of every page).

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on (opens in a new tab), and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers above, with the companies that host and run this website and our email, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information for money. If you choose Accept all, the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags receive data about your visit, which California law may treat as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; choosing Essential only, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal, opts you out of that.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages for as long as needed to answer and follow up, and then delete them. Analytics and advertising services keep data under their own retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), and we will not treat you differently for using them. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing. To make a request, email info@ceresjuices.com or call 1-800-778-6498. We will confirm your request and answer within 45 days.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to form messages to the people who answer them. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
