Ingredients: ½ cup(150ml) Ceres Passion Fruit Juice; ½ cup (150ml) Ceres Pear Juice; 1½ cups (200g) frozen mixed berries; 1/3 cup (50g) beetroot, cooked and peeled; 1tsp (5ml) honey, optional; 1tsp (5ml) fresh ginger, peeled and grated; ¾ cups (150g) plain Greek-style yoghurt

½ cup(150ml) Ceres Passion Fruit Juice
½ cup (150ml) Ceres Pear Juice
1½ cups (200g) frozen mixed berries
1/3 cup (50g) beetroot, cooked and peeled
1tsp (5ml) honey, optional
1tsp (5ml) fresh ginger, peeled and grated
¾ cups (150g) plain Greek-style yoghurt

Instructions

Add the Ceres Passion Fruit Juice, Ceres Pear Juice, beetroot and ginger to a blender and blend until combined.
Add the frozen mixed berries and blend again until smooth.
Add the yoghurt, and the honey if you would like it sweeter, and blend briefly until just combined. Pour into glasses and serve.
