Pear Fizz Mocktail: Ceres Pear Juice stirred with fresh lemon and honey, topped with lemon sparkling water over ice and garnished with pear and rosemary.

- 1/2 cup Ceres Pear Juice
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup lemon sparkling water
- Ice
- 1 fresh pear slice, for garnish
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the Ceres Pear Juice, lemon juice and honey to a serving glass and stir well until the honey dissolves.
- Fill the glass two thirds of the way with ice.
- Top with the lemon sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a pear slice and a rosemary sprig.
- Serve immediately.
