A cozy fall mocktail: Ceres Passion Fruit Juice shaken with lemon, maple syrup and cinnamon, topped with sparkling apple cider and garnished with apple.

4 oz Ceres Passion Fruit Juice
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Ice
4 to 6 oz sparkling blush apple cider
Thinly sliced apples, for garnish
1 cinnamon stick, for garnish

Instructions

Add the Ceres Passion Fruit Juice, lemon juice, maple syrup and cinnamon to a cocktail shaker or a container with a lid.
Shake for 15 to 20 seconds until well combined.
Add ice and top with the sparkling blush apple cider.
Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick, and serve immediately.
