Mint Litchi Cooler
- 1 1/2 cups Ceres Litchi Juice
- 1 small bunch of fresh mint
- 1 cup sparkling mineral water
- Scoop of crushed ice
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
What To Do
Wash bunch of mint thoroughly. Slice off a few sprigs and break up and bruise the rest by gently rubbing them through fingers. Place in boiling water and let stand for a few minutes for mint flavor to infuse. Now add the honey. Mix with the chilled Ceres Litchi Juice and slowly add the sparkling mineral water. Use springs of mint and crushed ice to garnish. Serves 2.
